Sofi Lambert is an award-winning actress originally from Quebec City, Canada, based in NYC.

Sofi's unique blend of French sophistication and rugged Canadian charm comes from growing up in Quebec. She first experienced the stage through classical ballet, but soon fell in love with acting. Despite choosing to study graphic design, Sofi never lost her passion for the arts.

As a teenager, Sofi followed her father's footsteps and trained in MMA. She even photographed fighters in black and white to capture their raw moments. This love for the underdog translated to her acting career, where she continues to represent those who stand up and never give up.

Sofi has built a successful career in acting, starting in Montreal and moving on to London and New York. She's performed in numerous productions, both on stage and in voice over, in French and English. Her dedication to her craft is unwavering, studying with well-known coaches and attending a one-year conservatory at the Lee Strasberg Institute.

Her biggest challenge yet came with her role in the award-winning play The Other Mozart, where she had to return to ballet, learn period movement, and even play the piano. Sofi gave hundreds of performances across the U.S. and Canada with her mini piano and 18-foot dress.

She’s also an illustrator and UX designer. No matter the medium, it's always about storytelling for her.

Athletic, she trains daily and easily switches from ballet slippers to running shoes to boxing gloves.
